What data we collect

When you create an account, we store your email address, the name you provide during onboarding, and optional profile fields (occupation, company, website, areas of interest and expertise).

When you submit entries, we store the URL, title, notes, and taxonomy classifications you provide, along with the date of submission.

When you use the site, we store authentication cookies necessary to keep you logged in. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

Your email address is used to send login links. Your profile information is displayed to other members in the member directory. Submission data forms the shared index that all members can browse. Cookies are used solely for authentication.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (providing the service you signed up for) and legitimate interest (operating and moderating the archive). Authentication cookies are strictly necessary and do not require consent.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in the European Union via Supabase (database and authentication) and served through Vercel (hosting). Both processors operate under standard data processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Account and profile data are kept for as long as your account exists. Submissions remain in the archive unless removed by moderation. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed; submissions you made may remain in anonymised form.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You can also request a portable copy of your data or object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@hidden-mountain.com with “Archivio.club” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.

Third-party access

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties for their own purposes. Our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel) process data on our behalf under the terms described above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is handled, we will notify members by email before the changes take effect.
