What this is

Archivio.club is a private, invite-only index of cultural references operated by Hidden Mountain srls. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have received a valid invitation from an existing member. One account per person.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping access to your email account secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

Content you submit

Entries you add to the archive are visible to all members. You should only submit references you believe belong in a shared cultural index. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or unrelated to the purpose of the archive.

You retain ownership of any original text you write (such as notes). By submitting it, you grant Archivio.club a licence to display it to other members within the service.

Invitations

Each member receives a limited number of invitations. You are responsible for the people you invite. Invitations cannot be sold or distributed publicly.

Moderation

Entries may be edited, reclassified, or removed by other members or administrators to maintain the quality and scope of the archive. All moderation actions are recorded in an audit log.

Account removal

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may also suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period. In either case, your personal data will be handled as described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but make no guarantees about uptime or availability. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Hidden Mountain srls is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Italian courts.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will notify members by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
